The Thin White Duke

I can't quite remember why but I was looking for pictures of David Bowie the other day and I came across this picture.

I was pleased for two reasons:

1) A mugshot of the remarkably well-dressed Thin White Duke is very cool.

2) A friend of mine lives in Rochester, which makes it doubly cool.

Apparently he was was arrested with Iggy Pop for smoking pot.
